Awakening your feminine greatness is about remembering the light you carry within, the one that connects you to the magnificence of Universal Intelligence. It’s releasing the stories of suffering and recognizing that you are light itself… made from the same energy that created everything around you.
What you choose to call that energy is entirely up to you: some call it the Universe, creative force, higher power, or even God. I don’t tend to use the word ‘God’ when I write, simply because I prefer to keep spirituality separate from religion. However, the name doesn’t matter; what matters is its existence.
This awakening is not a mental process. It’s not about “understanding,” or even “believing” that this is real. It’s about feeling that life-force inside you and acknowledging its presence and guidance anytime you choose to.
The Path Of Silence

Many of us believe that our mind is in charge and that it controls everything that happens in our lives. We often feel helpless and powerless in the face of our own thoughts.
This is NOT true.
Awakening your feminine greatness means discovering that you are far more than a mind and a body. And that, beyond your thoughts, there is a magnificent higher consciousness within you. A consciousness made of pure love, joy, and delight that is simply waiting for you to connect with it.
Everything you need to experience it… is silence.
What Is Silence?
Silence is the space that appears when the noise stops. And I don’t just mean the sounds we hear with our ears. I’m talking about everything that distracts you, including your mental chatter.
Outer Noise

Outer noise is all the stimulation that comes from the outside, including the things you unconsciously use to avoid being alone with yourself.
The most common are:
- Social Media
- TV / Netflix
- Alcohol or drugs
- Certain types of music
- Video games, etc.
In general, anything that keeps you in a disconnected, unconscious state.
Inner Noise
Inner noise is the constant activity of your mind; everything happening inside your head is considered noise. It doesn’t matter if your thoughts feel positive or negative, uplifting or heavy. When it comes to connecting with your inner light, the mind must slow down so that you can place your attention in the silent space between your thoughts.
Does It Mean I Have To Stop Thinking?

Stopping all thought is impossible.
The path is not about forcing silence; it’s about creating intentional spaces, away from distractions, that allow your mind to settle and your nervous system to relax. At first, it may feel uncomfortable, as we are so used to constant stimulation and mental noise. But if you give time to activities that bring you into silence, little by little you’ll begin to enjoy that space where there’s nowhere to go, nothing to do… only to be.
Some of these practices are:
Yoga
You can start with gentle styles like Yin or Hatha. Learn to breathe slowly and deeply through your nose, and connect with your heart and your body through each posture.
Try a trial class at a local studio, or practice at home with online videos. You don’t need to buy anything or spend money; a simple towel on the floor is enough. Just show up and enjoy the practice.
Meditation

A quiet mind doesn’t always come easily, not even for experienced practitioners. Some days the mind won’t “behave,” and that’s okay. The secret to enjoying meditation is understanding that no matter what happens, and no matter how it looks…
You’re never doing it wrong!
Before sitting in the lotus position for three hours only to end up frustrated and hurting, allow yourself to try different forms of meditation until you find one that feels good. Mantra meditation or gentle affirmations can help you bring your attention back when your mind starts to wander.
Start with 5 minutes, in a comfortable position. From there, you can adapt the practice as needed.
Many people avoid meditation because they believe it requires years of practice or a “perfect” way of doing it. There is no perfect way. Sit in a quiet place, feel your breath, and when the mind drifts away, gently bring it back to the present moment.
You’re already meditating!
Breathwork
Conscious breathing soothes the mind and the nervous system, guiding you into a meditative state.
Just like yoga and meditation, you can find free or paid online classes to learn this technique. But you can also let go of the need to “learn it right” and… breathe.
Choose a rhythm that feels comfortable, for example: 6:2:8. Inhale for 6 counts, hold for 2, and exhale for 8. Try to keep your exhalation longer than your inhalation.
Focus on the rhythm of your breath and let your mind “stay busy” counting; this allows space for silence.
Mindfulness

Living in full presence.
Mindfulness is simply the practice of being fully present in the here and now. The beauty of this form of meditation is that you can practice it during any daily activity.
It’s about giving your full attention to whatever you’re doing, without letting your mind drift away.
You can practice it anywhere, anytime; all it requires is your intention to do things from a place of presence.
Mindfulness is one of the simplest practices to integrate into your life because it doesn’t require money, special conditions, or a specific time slot. You can apply it in your everyday life. If you’d like to go deeper, I wrote a whole post on it here:

Arts, Hobbies, and Crafting
Anything that quiets your mind, disconnects you from the outside world, and brings you back to yourself in silence is a doorway into your connection with the Infinite.
Some people don’t resonate with meditation, but they enjoy knitting, painting, playing an instrument, or walking in nature. That too is sacred. That moment when you find yourself completely absorbed in what you’re doing, with no mental noise, that’s when your true Self shines and expands.

Awakening your feminine greatness is an experience. No theory or explanation will ever make you grasp this through the mind.
You have to live it.
And it’s not something reserved for gurus who meditate for weeks without food or water.
Every single human being carries that higher consciousness within, and we can access it at any time we choose, without rituals, without rules. The practices I mentioned above are simply one way in, but you can also close your eyes, take a breath, and give yourself the space to feel your inner light.
I invite you to experience it for yourself, to discover the quiet magic of knowing you are worthy, loved, and held by the magnificence of Universal Love.
Love love,
